1 tablespopon cooking oil
3 cups cabbage, shredded
1 1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
1 cup celery, finely chopped
1 cup bell pepper, finely chopped
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons soy sauce
Cook all ingreditents in oil, in a skillet, 5-12 minutes. Serve with meat choice and soy sauce as desired.
