Sausage Cheese Balls

4 cups cheddar cheese, grated
2 pounds sausage
1 1/2 cups all-purpose baking/buscuit mix
1/2 cup finely chopped celery
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Preheat over to 375 degrees. Mix all ingredients together; form into 1″ balls. Bake 15 minute on ungreased baking sheet until golden brown. Makes about 6 dozen. For a firmer texture, add an extra 3 cups of biscuit mix and an extra 2 cups of cheese to the ingredients listed above.
